MRM-Management Stratégique
Présentation et thématiques
Le groupe de recherche MRM-Management Stratégique est dirigé par Anne-Sophie Fernandez et Paul Chiambaretto. Ses recherches qui portent sur quatre thématiques : (1) le management stratégique des alliances et de la coopétition ; (2) le management stratégique de l’innovation ; (3) le management stratégique de l’environnement ; (4) le management stratégique des supply chains.
Thème 1 : management stratégique des alliances et de la coopétition
Responsable : Paul Chiambaretto (Professeur Associé HDR à Montpellier Business School et chercheur associé à l’école Polytechnique)
Premièrement, le groupe MRM-Management Stratégique s’intéresse aux stratégies inter-organisationnelles, qu’elles soient entre concurrents (coopétition) ou avec d’autres partenaires (alliances stratégiques entre non-concurrents). En effet, une part croissante des activités des entreprises se réalisent en coopération avec d’autres organisations, parfois concurrentes. Les enjeux stratégiques et managériaux de ces stratégies de coopétition et d’alliances restent indéterminés et équivoques. Les recherches menées ont pour objectif de comprendre à la fois les déterminants de ces stratégies d’alliances et de coopétition, leurs différentes expressions, les formes de management associées, ainsi que leur performance. Ces travaux de recherche portent tant sur des secteurs d’activités technologiques (aérospatial, transport aérien, pharmacie, informatique, etc.) que sur des secteurs plus traditionnels (tourisme, immobilier, etc.). Les chercheurs qui s’intéressent à la coopétition ont fondé le Coopetition Lab (http://www.coopetitionlab.com/) et continuent de l’animer régulièrement.
Thème 2 : management stratégique de l’innovation
Responsables : Marc Robert (Professeur Associé à Montpellier Business School) & Pierre Roy (Maître de conférences à l’institut Montpellier Management, Université de Montpellier)
Deuxièmement, les recherches du groupe MRM-Management Stratégique portent sur le management stratégique de l’innovation. Plus particulièrement, l’équipe s’intéresse à l’innovation managériale dans plusieurs types d’organisations : grandes entreprises, PME, ONG, associations, etc. L’objectif de ces travaux est de comprendre les déterminants de l’innovation managériale, ses modalités et ses implications pour les organisations. L’équipe s’intéresse également aux stratégies d’innovation des entreprises. L’objectif est de comprendre les relations entre innovation et business model, l’influence de l’innovation sur les nouvelles pratiques de management ou encore l’impact de l’innovation sur les structures de marché. Une attention particulière sera portée aux innovations vertes et aux innovations au sein des industries culturelles et créatives.
Thème 3 : management stratégique de l’environnement
Responsable : Maya Leroy (Enseignant-Chercheur à AgroParisTech)
Troisièmement, le groupe MRM-Management Stratégique poursuit des travaux sur le management stratégique de l’environnement. L’objectif de ces recherches est d’identifier les formes de management stratégique environnemental mises en œuvre aussi bien dans les entreprises que dans les dispositifs de gestion territorialisés. Il s’agit également d’analyser la conception des stratégies des acteurs spécialisés dans la gestion de l’environnement, et de développer de nouvelles formes d’évaluation de la performance écologique des dispositifs de gestion et des politiques qui y sont associées. Il s’agit également de développer des innovations théoriques et pratiques dans le champ des comptabilités pour équiper la prise en charge inter-organisationnelle des systèmes écologiques et de développer la recherche en prospective environnementale. Ces recherches s’appuient sur les méthodes de socio-anthropologie et diverses formes de recherche-intervention
Thème 4 : le management stratégique des supply chains
Enfin, le groupe MRM-Management Stratégique développe des travaux de recherche en management stratégique des supply chains. L’objectif est de comprendre les relations de coopération dans les chaînes logistique, leurs déterminants, leurs modalités et leurs implications. Il s’agit également d’étudier l’intégration du big data et de la digitalisation dans les stratégies des organisations. En parallèle, l’impact du digital sur la performance des organisations demeure un axe central dans les recherches du groupe. Une attention particulière est portée à ces questions dans les pays émergents.
L’ambition du groupe MRM-Management Stratégique est d’aider ses chercheurs à publier leurs recherches dans les meilleures revues nationales et internationales.
