AI plays a fundamental role in these transitions, as well as for the future of our discipline, in its contribution to achieving the objectives of value creation and co-creation, effectiveness and efficiency of marketing strategies, contribution to customer and consumer experiences, in BtoB marketing developments, and in its contribution to responses to societal challenges.
