As head of the MRM-UPVD research team (since 2022), he leads the annual workshop “The Making of Public Management,” which focuses on practices, tools, and innovations in public management, as part of the Airmap conferences.

Member of the National Council of Universities (Section 06) and the scientific committees of the Francophone Accounting Association and the International Association for Public Management Research.

Co-director and co-founder of the Master’s program in Accounting, Control, and Auditing (IAE Perpignan) and founding director of the University Diploma in the Management of Historic Monuments (G2MH-UPVD).

His research focuses on management control systems, the interactions between management systems and users, and management reform in public and private organizations.
