As head of the MRM-UPVD research team (since 2022), he leads the annual workshop “La fabrique de la gestion publique” — which focuses on practices, tools, and innovations in public management — at the Airmap conferences.

Member of the National Council of Universities (Section 06) and of the scientific committees of the Francophone Accounting Association and the International Association for Public Management Research.

Co-director and co-creator of the Master's in Accounting, Controlling, and Auditing (IAE Perpignan) and founding director of the University Diploma in the Administration and Management of Historic Monuments (G2MH-UPVD).

His research focuses on management control systems, the interactions between management systems and users, and management reform in public and private organizations.
