sabelle Bories-Azeau is a lecturer and co-director of the Master 2 in Territorial Public Management. She specializes in the following fields: public management, policies and strategies in the public sector, management of marketing and sales teams, territorial marketing, modernization of public management, management of local authorities, human resources management, territorial management, local political space, new territorial managers, and innovation management.
Her research focuses on the emergence of a model of territorialized social regulation based on the human resources management (HRM) practices of inter-firm networks (training, GPEC). She is also interested in the governance of business start-up support, as part of a research program run by LabEx Entreprendre.
