Sabelle Bories-Azeau is a senior lecturer and co-director of the Master 2 in Public Territorial Management. She specializes in the following areas: public management, public sector policies and strategies, marketing and sales team management, territorial marketing, modernization of public management, local government management, human resources management, territorial management, local politics, new territorial managers, and innovation management.
Her research focuses on the emergence of a territorialized social regulation model based on human resource management (HRM) practices in inter-company networks (training, strategic workforce planning). She is also interested in the governance of business creation support as part of a research program at LabEx Entreprendre.
