Sabelle Bories-Azeau is an associate professor and co-director of the Master 2 program in Local Public Management. She specializes in the following areas: public management, public sector policies and strategies, marketing and sales team management, regional marketing, modernization of public administration, local government management, human resources management, regional management, the local political arena, new local managers, and innovation management.
Her research focuses on the emergence of a territorialized model of social regulation based on human resource management (HRM) practices within inter-firm networks (training, workforce planning). She is also interested in the governance of business start-up support as part of a research program at LabEx Entreprendre.
